Using a Hot Tub can help with Insomnia

I have been reading many article around the internet that using a Hot Tub an hour before you go to sleep can help you have a long restful REM sleep and all of these article quote The National Sleep Foundation or some other organisation like that but after digging deeper I can not find one actual study into using a Hot Tub to aim sleep.


What I can tell you is from experience that using a Hot Tub will relax you which The National Sleep Organisation suggests but having a hot bath or shower will exactly the same so don’t go throwing money away if a good night sleep is what you are after.
