Booking a Hot Tub with us is simple and can be done over the telephone or online via our shop.

There are a number of considerations before booking like the surface the hot tub will be placed on, do you have a electricity supply near to where the hot tub will be placed and do you have means of filling the hot tub with water.

See our FAQ page for more information on the requirements.

What you need…

All you need to book is a space outside, measuring approx. 3m x 3m. When we arrive, we will put a ground mat down to protect your grass / concrete / decking, and inflate the hot tub on top. You either need to have an outside tap, or singular tap inside, to fill the hot tub up, and a electrical socket point (preferrably near a window) where we can securly plug the hot tub in.
All our hot tubs are LAY-Z-SPA! You can choose from 4-6 seaters, or 6-8 seaters – different tubs have differnet features, and all come with a chlorine pouch, which keeps the chlorine levels stable during your booking.

Deposits & Payments

When you book all you need to pay is a £50 deposit to secure your booking dates, in some instances we may require a security deposit which will be listed on your invoice as such. On delivery day the remainder of the hire amount is due, our installers carry PDQ machines so they can take card payments if you do not have cash or you can pay online through the website.

Timings for Booking

You are welcome to book our hot tubs in at short notice, but we only have a limited number so don’t leave it too late and be disappointed! When you have booked, we will let you know the delivery times – we will set up the gazebo the night before yout first day, as it usually needs time over night to heat up. We will then arrive to dismantle the hot tub the morning after your last day – ensuring you have full days of enjoyment from your booking.
