With our contactless delivery and pickup service we are going to run through the basics of our delivery process and show you how to use the hot tub.
When we deliver your how tub we will call you once at your properly and ask that all you do is show us where you want the hot tub installed and have a hosepipe ready for us to fill the hot tub with.
We setup everything for you, the only part of the process we do not do is fill the hot tub for you, you have to be there for that and it takes between 1.5-2 hours to fill depending on which hot tub you have hired.
You can fill our hot tubs with hot water, this is great if you have a combi boiler as it is cheaper to fill with hot water than to allow our pump to heat the water, it also means you can use the hot tub on delivery day.
So we have setup the hot tub, started to fill and left, now it is all up to you and here is what you need to do.
1.When the water reaches the top pipe (Red line in the image) you can unlock the pump and press the heat button.
2. When the water has reached between the Min and Max lines you can stop filling and remover the hose pipe.
3. Place the cover over the hot tub to retain the heat and leave this on when the hot tub is not in use.
4. Check the hot tub the next day to make sure it is heating, the operational temperature is between 36ºc and 40ºc
5. Its all about the bubbles and that is the only other button you should need, just unlock the pump and and press.
6. The only thing left to mention now is the filter, please remember to clean this daily, if there is an error on the pump usually E02 this means the filter is dirty and needs a clean.
When we pick up
When we pickup the hot tub we will empty it for you using our sump pump which will take around 20 minutes.
We can empty down a drain if one is available or onto gravel or even your garden, we will figure this out when we deliver so it will not cause an issue when we pickup.
If you have had the hot tub on grass you will see some discolouration like in the images below, simply give the grass a water once we have gone and it will usually return to normal after a week.
If the hot tub has been on a patio or decking you may notice a pond like smell, this is the bacteria which has grown with the heat from the hot tub, a simple wash down with some washing up liquid or Detol will get rid of this.
